Stallholder Requirements:
• Set up by 9:45 AM
• Remain until 2:00 PM
• Stall size: 3 car parks wide (7.5m X 4.5m)
• Tables, chairs, power subject to availability
• Event cancelled if rain is forecasted; refunds issued
• Stallholders are welcome to drive by and view the location beforehand.
• There are no restrictions on where stallholders are from — local or otherwise.
• Stallholders are welcome to sell any items they choose - Food License required if you're selling food.
• Glen Eden Community House does not undertake to arrange for or maintain any insurance cover (property, contents, or otherwise) for this event or any stallholders.

Visitor Parking Info:
All on-site parking is taken up by the market. Please park on Pisces Road, Solar Road, Kamara Road, or Capricorn Place and walk into the park. There is walkway access from Solar Road.
Stallholder Parking Instructions:
The first stallholders to arrive should drive all the way into the car park and park in the furthest available lot.
Each subsequent vehicle should take the next available lot closer to the entrance, filling spaces in order.
This ensures a smooth flow of traffic and maximizes space efficiency.
